NStarter is a tool for starting any application by pressing a hot key (Pen+*,# or numbers). Also it can reboot the phone without asking protect key and to start automatically after reboot. It starts any of exe files from your phone, so be careful when starting some system applications (phone may hang).
This version doesn't display itself in task list, so to bring it foreground press Pen+C
