مشكلة في انشاء قاعدة البنات

مرحباً جميعاً
أصمم موقع و أريد أن أنشأ منتدى mybb
- قمتبتحميل المنتدى إلى الموقع
- أعطيت التراخيص للمجلدات
- بدأت بمرحلة ال database
دخلت إلى phpMyAdmin
لم أستطيع انشاء Creat new database

حاولت أن أخلق أنا database
و وضعت اليوزر نيم و باسورد و ربطهم ببعض
عندما أضعهم بإعدادات المنتدى يعطيني الرسالة التالية
Error

Could not select the database 'user_Rabihbaroud'. Are you sure it exists and the specified username and password have access to it?
