مشكلة تحميل RTL xml

I have installed mybb 1.4 and I am having trouble loading the XML RTL_Default_Theme.xml. Every time I try to load it through the Import a theme, I get the following error :

The following errors were encountered:
* The theme specified already exists. Please enter a new name for this theme.

Can you please help me, I want the theme to be right aligned
