Where is the SEO setting in the acp?

Hello,
I've renamed the htaccess.txt to .htaccess .... now the forum display like this:

* Forum ===> http://itoverdose.com/mybb/forum-2.html
* Thread ==> http://itoverdose.com/mybb/thread-1.html

Why the forum and the thread titles are not displayed!?

the default SEO settings are not designed to use the forum/threads titles in the URL..
in the other hand the SEO plugin updated to work with mybb 1.4
